Who sends the texts: Bran Gilbert, Money Grab 30 Home Buyers, from (470) 765-4207.
What the texts are: One-to-one text messages from me about a property you contacted me about: replying to your questions, scheduling a call or visit, and following up about that same property. I do not send promotional messages.
How you give permission. I only text you if you have given me permission. You can give it in one of three ways:
- On the website form. Check the optional text-message box on my Contact page, next to the Send Message button. The box is never checked for you, and you can send the form without checking it.
- On the phone. I call first. On the call I ask whether it's okay to text you, and I text only after you clearly say yes. I log the date, the time and who gave permission. When I ask, I read this: "Hi, this is Bran Gilbert with Money Grab 30 Home Buyers. Is it okay if I text you at this number about your property inquiry, things like scheduling a call or visit and follow-ups? Message frequency varies, message and data rates may apply, and you can reply STOP anytime to stop the texts, or HELP for help. You don't have to say yes, and saying yes is not a condition of any purchase or sale. My Privacy Policy and Terms are on my website at moneygrab30.com. Can I text you at this number?"
- You text me first. If you send me a text, I will reply to you in that conversation about what you asked.
Consent is not a condition of purchase. Giving permission to text is not a condition of any purchase or sale. You can talk with me by phone instead.
Your permission is only for me. Your permission applies only to texts from me, Bran Gilbert at Money Grab 30 Home Buyers, about your property inquiry. I do not use permission that someone else collected, and your permission cannot be passed to anyone else.
Message frequency: Message frequency varies, based on your conversation with me.

Carriers are not liable: Wireless carriers and their partners are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
